SirPorkalot is headed west.
For those of you that have been saying to yourselves: “Gosh, I really wish Sirporkalot would bring that North Carolina Q to Northern California (and I know that is all of …….. okay well I think it’s cool), it is on the verge of becoming a reality.
There are still some details to be worked out, but count on it happening.

Sponsorships
Sponsors are a big part of competitive BBQ, as without them, we couldn’t do what we do, and the contest organizers couldn’t do what they do.
There are several levels of sponsorships available and at this time most slots have openings, but I don’t expect them to for long.
